What did you pay for the last bottle of kombucha you bought? Well no more! Start making your own at home. In this popular class you will learn which teas, sugars and water work best for making kombucha, and how to be creative in flavoring your kombucha using herbs, fruits, vegetables and spices such as beets/sage or cranberry/cinnamon/clove (the flavors you can create are endless!). The class will cover the ideal temperatures for your 1st & 2nd fermentations, proper fermenting locations, and how to care for your live cultures when away from home or taking a break from fermenting. We will be sampling kombucha, as well as other great items that have incorporated kombucha or kombucha vinegar in them.
